While Chanel was crowned the "World's Oldest Dog" by the Guinness Book of World Records just months before her death, news has come of another elderly pooch that could be the new (rightful) titleholder. This is Penny photographed on Sept. 4 in Ronsberg, Germany — according to her owner, Verena Wulf, she's 25!
