Um, whoa. That looks like a helpless puppy trapped in a washing machine. But, while that's technically what it is, he's meant to be in there. Check out this interesting creation to come out of France — the Dog-o-Matic, an automatic dog-washing vending machine.
Owners choose the required wash cycle and load the (unsuspecting) pooch into the proper machine size costing about $18 for small, $31 for medium, and $44 for the largest pets. Most of you loved the dog/car wash so what's your take on this washing machine?

Great, I'm sure a lot of people are going to put their dogs in real washing machines now.
Baffling should be replaced with BRUTAL! That poor poor dog looks frightened, scared and sad...this is doing nothing for dogs with phobias....terrible!
no freaking way. there is NO WAY i would put my baby in there... shower time is fun (and treat filled)...not terrifying like that!
that looks like torture
My poor marci would die of a heart attack... thats awful
Wow! I am just thinking about how horrible it would be for me if I was suddenly in a dark box that made loud noises and was spraying soapy water at me! What if the soap got in their eyes? Are we really too lazy to either drive to a groomer or spend some fun bonding time with our dogs? Personally, I find giving my pup a bath fun, especially in the summer when we go out in the yard and play around in the water. I don't get what the point of this product is. If you don't want to wash your dog yourself, drop it off at the groomer, don't scare them half to death.
I'm sure my Tulip would say that would take all the fun out of bath time.
This is a cruel and inhumane way to bathe any creature. They don't understand that you'll eventually let them out and they don't know where the water is coming from. I am absolutely disgusted and appalled!
i would never put my dog in there... I just think of how scared and confused he'd be as he stared out at me and it brings a tear to my eye
Oh man, I wouldn't do that to ANY dog. That's torture. That dog in the picture seemed so helpless. Well, who wouldn't be, I'd imagine you'd feel like drowning and betrayed by your owner. Sadness.
I don't think this is nescessary really.. Its to scarry for the animals and seems crul. I don't like it..
And some stupid will endup putting a kid in there thinking its funny.. sorry to the invetors.. not good..
Any dog I know would freak out!!! I say put the inventor in there.
This looks like abuse! That poor frightened pup! I can't believe anyone who loves their dog would do this. That is like taking your baby to the car wash and bathing them. I do not like it at all!
This is the MEANEST thing I have EVER seen!!! I would NEVER, EVER put my dog in there!! The person who invented this should be shot. This is nothing but animal cruelty!! My heart aches for the sweet, little dog in the picture. He looks so sad and frightened.
wow
No way! Poor little pup
This is so wrong, the poor dogs will get soap in their eyes, etc. Seems like torture to me.
Neat idea but completely uncalled for and cruel. I cannot image any animal thinking that being trapped in a container with water, soap, hot air, whatever coming at it would be fun.
That poor dog looks terrified. There is no way I'd put any animal in there.
I am completly astounded to see that someone actually thought this was a good idea. Any dog would need therapy after such traumatic event. It's horrible!!! That poor dog
My dog would be completely traumatized by this thing!!! And for $44...I would pay $10 more and take him to the groomer!
That would be comparable to a human standing out in the middle of a hurricane, so mean
OMG! This looks cruel! I am a DEFINITE NO on this one.
