I got the chance to screen Up along with my pals, BuzzSugar and lilsugar — after all, the movie included the super cute Dug, so I was there. 
Without giving any major plot points away, my favorite things — the "cone of shame," a walker's tennis ball used for fetch, and the collar translator for stream-of-consciousness pup voice — outweighed the negatives (some birdie abuse, "bad dogs," and one scary scene for animal lovers). All in all, the 3D graphics were stunning, and it's an animated film, so no creatures were actually harmed in the making! Check out some of my favorite movie pics below — will you watch?

1it's SO good! we just saw it! i loved it. There was one part where I thought some doggies were going to plummet, but they had parachutes so it was ok haha
2that dog was the cutest thing ever! I loved when he pointed, and he said "Point!" every time lol
3i probably won't go see this in the theater unless my friends are going and it's at the $5 show
4We saw the movie tonight. Can't believe we paid money to see this! The themes were WAY too mature for kids, not one child laughed even once during the entire movie, and it completely lacked direction. I generally love Pixar films and trust that they will be appropriate for my kids. But this one missed the mark completely. Themes: infertility, death, grieving, violence (a hero shooting at a child), animal cruelty. Don't know about you, but not at all what I want my kids exposed to.
