Don't get jealous lil guy! Seems like Barney (one of the two Scotties belonging to George W. Bush) may sense that another pup – one that we haven't even seen yet! – is already at the top of everyone's list. This pup is still super-duper cute as is his terrier pal, Miss Beazley, both currently residing in the White House. 1That reporter needs a class in Dog Greeting 101. Never go to pet the head first thing!
2This reporter was a moron. You never reach out to pet a dog that doesn't know you and that is surrounded by strangers.
He should have put his hand down first and let Barney decide to come up and smell him and let Barney decide if he wants to be pet or not. Reach out at a dog that doesn't know you is an act of aggression and Barney responded properly for a dog.
