I only have Sandicast statues of those dogs that have passed away. We have a Rat Terrier one for my Jack Russel/Rat Terrier that passed away a year and a half ago and a greyhound one for my greyhound Porsche that passed away in 2001. They both look a bit like the ones that passed away. That's pretty much it...along with tons of photos.

I find having a purebreed pug that lots of my friends like giving me pug gifts. I try not to keep to many out, I don't want to look like the cray pug lady (even if I am)

I have a few. A dachshund key chain and dachshund salt and pepper shakers. I agree with the above...even though I love my dog to death, I don't want to look nuts.

I don't care if I look nuts, I AM nuts about my Doxie's! LOL I have dachshund floor matts, KATYDID, I have the salt and pepper shakers too. I have cute Doxie pictures hanging in my office at work and doxie pillows and throws at home.

I love buying doxie trinkets! So do my parents. I have a charm bracelet that my aunt made for me, giving me a charm every year for my birthday, and I actually have TWO doxie charms on there, cuz she forgot that she already got me one, but I figured, hey, I have two doxies, might as well have a charm for each! Plus calenders, at least one christmas ornament... Lol! I love my babies. Makes for great gift ideas for my parents, too.

Actually after reading all these comments I have alot more than I realized. Someone mentioned a picture...I also have a picture. Another mentioned an ornament...yupp, me too. The charm bracelet...I totally forgot I had one. I guess I am a nut after all!

That figurine is so funny! My breed isn't too common but my favorite little pet supply store in town got a special "I Love My Ridgeback" magnet just for us! I was so excited when I spotted it in the store & even more excited when she gave it to me as a surprise for being a regular! My husband added an "s" on the end of Ridgeback so neither pup would feel left out

Of course! I have a stuffed toy French Bulldog, a Japanese ceramic 50's-era figurine (found at an antique store on a vacation - probably my best "souvenir" find every), a little pewter Frenchie that fell off a keychain... probably some other stuff I can't remember too. If I had seen the pissin' Frenchie at a gas station, you bet I would have bought one (or three - the 'grandmas' would get a kick out of it as well.
My sister has a dachshund - for 3 birthdays in a row I was able to find unusual little doxie charm/statue/trinkets for her but I haven't found any good ones for the last couple gift-giving occasions I did just find some fabric with a weiner dog print - I'll probably make a tote bag for her or something.

haha not sure what it is about them Doxies but it seems as if all the owners are nuts! I love my little girl to death and I keep trying to find the perfect dachshund trinkets to start my collection. I'm looking at a key chain and maybe an office calendar (easy stocking stuffer presents for the little ones to give me)

It's not really a breed thing, but I have two cats, a tortie and a tabby, and I occasionally pick up little odds-and-ends that have their markings. They usually find their way to my office. I also have portraits of both of them, one that I commissioned from a friend who specializes in stylized pet portraits, and one that my artist boyfriend painted for me.

I don't really go nuts for stuff like that, but for my birthday my mom got me a Sandicast Rottweiler statue that I really like. Of course, Scout's only 1/2 Rottweiler, but I do plan on getting a purebred Rottweiler in the future.

My mother, on the other hand, has just about every piece of Sheltie paraphernalia there is. Her entire house is full of Sheltie pictures, decorative plates, statues, light switch covers, signs, etc. It's sort of tacky when you have THAT much crapola in your house though.
