Not only do they lift us up when we're feeling down, but our pets pretty much eliminate any excuse not to get at least some exercise. Rats. In addition to jogs around the park or rousing catch'n'chase games, many gyms (mine included) offer activities like this Ruff Yoga or Doga – what's your favorite workout to do with your pooches?

I only wish I lived somewhere cool enough that offered anything dog-oriented. We don't even have a dog park!
1Going for a run or roughhousing at a dog park.
2I take my dog on runs with me. I am usually exhausted LONG before he is. My fiance and I are convinced that he never gets tired.
3Runs and going on bike rides she is not tired after a run becasue i can only go for a mile but a bike ride it takes about 6-7 miles at a fast pace to tire her out
4Walks or runs on the beach!
5my pups love the long walks and while i don't do yoga with them, i have noticed them mellowing out around me when i do it (knitting oddly has the same effect)
6Jasper, my 11 month old golden retriever and I take runs with each other at least 4 times a week. He keeps me motivated, because even when we are running, he has a smile on his face!!
I do not have anything fancy, I just tie his leash around my waist and we are off. We get some weird looks!
7Playing fetch. I hold doggie, throw the ball, then we race to see who can get it first. She usually wins but it's a great workout for me! LOL
8We go on runs, walks, and bike rides. They love it so much!
9Chase, my dog gets so excited that she'll dig in place for a second as she running. It's so cute that I can't even bring myself to get mad at her for digging!
