Aww, I had a Brittany named June when I was a kid.
My dad has one of these. It is just about the dumbest dog ever, but SO sweet, gentle, great with kids, loves to play, go for walks, etc. She is about 15 now though, but still hanging in there. I remember when my dog was little, she would play with the Brittany and they were so cute- my dog is a Bichon and much smaller but the Brittany never hurt her.
I have an 18 yr old Brittany named Rory, and he is the smartest dog I have ever met. He has calmed down in his old age but I have seen him take down a young deer by himself.
Aw...me and my orange dog (ok maybe more liver than orange) were rooting for Bill and his orange dog!
I have a Cavalier, which isn't common to see out and about and a lot of times people ask if she is a baby Brittany.
I've never known anyone who had one, but they are so cute.
My inlaws used to breed these. My parents had one and she just passed away recently.
I have a 9 year old brittany, casey. There such beautiful sweet dogs. Shes very intelligent but also very independent minded so we could never train her to hunt. Sadly her eyes are starting to get cloudy with cataracts a common illness with aging spaniels =(
I have an 18 month old one and she is so cute! I did not want to get a dog but once she came home she won me over. She is very smart and lovey and good with my daughter - she sleeps on her bedroom floor every night and gets bummed out on those rare occasions when my daughter is gone overnight.
