Penny sure knows how to stare down the paps as this pup proudly poses on the set of Gossip Girl in Central Park yesterday. While I'm happy to see his pooch standing pretty (and glad she's not too overdressed now that it's Summer), I'm a bit confused by that collar. Is it just me or is this pooch wearing a bell?
Now many of you choose collars that jingle jangle for cats, but for pups as well . . . wow. There's always the risk this teensy pup will get tangled up underfoot so perhaps the bell just announces her arrival – I see you, Penny!

I have two tags on my pups so I can hear where they are jinglin' around the house!
1sure looks like a bell! I can always hear my dogs' id tags and rabies tags jingling together....however I did put bells on their collars at christmas...but that was christmas, and they sounded like reindeer running around the house, it was wonderful!

7Quite a while back ago I had really tiny chihuahua. She would sleep with me at night and I could never find her in my room when I woke up in the morning. I would freak out and start throwing blankets and moving furniture. I ended up putting a bell on her just so I could hear her moving. That little bell really gave me a peace of mind. Plus the little jingle was so cute to hear.
8my best friend has a tiny chihuahua and put a bell on his collar so she could always find him around the house!

12---at the local pet store a lot of puppy/kitty accessories are uni-animal. when i couldn't find the leash to match the collar my pup already had they told me to check the cat section, and it was there. but who puts a cat on a leash?

I think it's a very good idea since she's always working and Penny is around the set sometimes alone..so this way she can always know where she is!!
