Penny sure knows how to stare down the paps as this pup proudly poses on the set of
Gossip Girl in Central Park yesterday. While I'm happy to see his pooch standing pretty (and glad
she's not too overdressed now that it's Summer), I'm a bit confused by that collar. Is it just me or is this pooch wearing a bell?
