I came across that musical "Pets For Obama" video (with original lyrics to boot), and it got me to wondering how many of your furry friends are campaigning for a certain presidential candidate? There's plenty of pet political paraphernalia out there, from tees, to buttons, to hats — which makes it even easier for your pets to choose, or more appropriately, easier for you to choose a side for them and display your candidate pride.
I'm personally not going to involve North in the political process this year, but how many of you passionate citizens are getting your pets out to help rock the vote?

That's ridiculous. Animals other than humans aren't allowed to vote. And there are some humans who shouldn't have the ability to vote either.
1My dog wants me to be able to afford to buy her (and ME) food and that is why she wants me to vote Obama. How can I take her on car rides if I can't afford to put gas in the car? She might not be eligible for universal health care, but how can I keep her well if I can't afford to keep myself well? She also gets really sad when I cry about the war. Won't somebody think of the doggies?
2I'm not going to encourage my cats' neocon tendencies. If they had their way, I'd read nothing but the Weekly Standard.
3Cats can be such fascists sometimes, right Jude?
4Totally, dzymzlzy!
Mine are always changing the channel to Fox News. Drives me crazy, I tell ya.
5Living in DC has made my cat very cynical, he doesn't vote.
6My dogs would like to live in a world without politics. They told me.
7My cat is probably a libertarian, so thank god she can't vote.
8I have to say no
