Even though Ramon doesn't have a cute outfit on this time, he is sporting that telltale neckpiece. I'm guessing this conehead just got his lil snip snip done. I love that Christina Ricci cuddles her smooshy Frenchie close as they leave an animal hospital in West Hollywood – sometimes even the cushiest of carriers won't do! 1Cuddling's great, but the dog needs to be in a carrier!
It's just not safe to have your animals unleashed & out of the house, whether you're holding them or not. What if something startles them (or you), and suddenly your animal is dropped and/or runs off. It could get hit by a car - I've seen this happen to a poor dog whose stupid owner was walking it w/out a leash - or caught & maimed by another animal, etc.
