I always wanted to work with animals and, when I was little, I may have even declared I would become a marine biologist. So when I got to spend a few days in Orlando hopping from Aquatica to SeaWorld, and Discovery Cove checking out the fish, swimming with the manta rays, and learning about all the cool exhibits, I was as happy as a clam. If you're anything like me and ever daydreamed of living with the fishes, you can now get a little closer at the Poseidon Resort in Fiji.
This ultra cool (and ultra expensive) one-of-a-kind resort has you staying 40 feet under the surface in one of 24 suites appointed with top side luxuries like marble and leather, plus nearly all of the walls in each suite are made of acrylic glass so you can get up close and personal views of the sea life. And with an underwater library, restaurants and bars, you'll never have to head topside! The price for this underwater experience starts at $15,000, and seems to be worth every penny, especially since they teach you how to navigate your own sub to go even deeper underwater and check out the view from 1,000 feet down! Sign me up!

1wow! I that is amazing!
OMG I want to stay there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2That's awesome!
I wanna gooooo!
3All I keep thinking about is that scene in Jaws (2?) when they're in that underwater tunnel and the shark starts ramming it and it cracks and then the doors close and lock them in. Yea so I'm sure that wouldn't happen, but apparently I'm still scarred. haha I guess I'm just too scared of the water. But this does look pretty, I wonder what it looks like at night. Do they have lights out there? Or how does it look just lit from within?
4And can people like scuba down there???
very cool!
5not for me. Just looking at this pic gives me anxiety.
6Wow that looks amazing! It must be nice to be rich... but that would probably give me major anxiety after a while haha.
7This is absolutely amazing. Too bad I don't have an extra 15K to spend on a vacation
8Ah to be rich. For my honeymoon I dreamed of trying an over-water bungalow in Tahiti... but this is to the extreme! It looks awesome but I think if I was in there for several nights, I would probably feel closed in and be paranoid about the glass cracking.
9WOW!!! I would love to experience this!
10You know how when you watch a show where they're filming underwater, you kind of hold your breath a little? Well I do and I have a feeling that I'd have a hard time breathing in this room.
11Jaws ruined this for me, too.
12It's very pretty,
13but I'm pretty sure I'd have an anxiety attack!!
I'm even afraid of going to aquariums,
I have the fear of it breaking, and drowning. haha.
I'd rather stay in the above-the-water huts in Bora Bora.
That really freaks me out..NO WAY would I stay there!
14Oh my god, that's like my worst nightmare come to life. I'm feeling a bit panicky just looking at it. Anything involving the water freaks me out. It's not that I'm scared I'll drown or the glass will break or whatever. Just the ocean or other large bodies of water make me freak out. When I was 15 we went to Marine World in Vallejo, CA and they have tunnel underwater there like this room. I had seen commercials about it and didn't want to go in. But this lady overhead me and said it was that bad and it wasn't like the commercials. So I went it, and it was JUST LIKE the commercials. So I spent the entire time walking behind my dad with my head buried in his back and my hands over the sides of my head, crying and having a panic attack. No over the water things or glass bottom boats for me either.
