Waaaaaaake up! This silly kitty attempts a rather untraditional method to wake up his owner – while jumping on the head is a strategy many cats employ, this creative guy uses even more drastic measures.

yupp. this is my cat to the max.
1Fuji doesn't wake me up. If I sleep in, he'll sleep in as long as I do. On the rare occasion that Fuji does wake me up, he'll whine/cry and scratch the side of the bed.
2Ha. I posted the very same video to my own blog yesterday and said I swear they'd been studying my cat for inspiration here. This is exactly the way he wakes me in the mornings, attitude wise.
3Great to see one of my favorite videos on here!
The creator of this video is Simon Tofield. He has actually made another one called, "Let Me In". It's just as funny as his first video. I don't have a cat, but it reminds me of my dogs.

4LOVE this video! My cat wakes me up by breathing on my nose. Little Oliver poofs!
5My mom had sent me this! Love the innocent expression.
6Too cute! The guy's got talent and sure knows kitties! I hope he continues making Simonscat vids.
7adorable~~~~ love the last scene.."food please"
8hehehehe
On the rare occasions when the cat wakes up before I do, she'll walk on me and then start licking my face. Rough cat tongue and cat food breath isn't the best way to wake up.
9This is totally my cat. He is SO mean and impatient in the morning. I have a studio, so there's no way to avoid it.
10Oh, I love this video! Is it bad that I laugh really hard when the cat hits Simon with a bat? I wouldn't condone actual, real life cat violence though.
11I haven't been able to decide if I like the "wake up" or "let me in" video better. They're both so great.
12LOL I saw this before but its still funny. Sounds like my little boy.
13Holly is an outside dog but every now and again my dad will let her into the house to wake me. (He probably knows that she's the only one I won't get mad at!). Anyway she just launches herself from my bedroom door onto my bed, well onto me really. Oh and have I mentioned she's a golden retriever!
