I love snapping photographs of my pooch doing just about anything and, admittedly, have sent out holiday greetings with North included. However, somehow I think having a pet's portrait done is a whole different ballgame . . . especially because I've never even had my portrait done! Costing anywhere from $100 (like these customized portraits created by Etsy's kyeliza) to thousands of dollars (for larger, mural sized pieces by artists that specialize in animal painting), it's certainly a special way to commemorate your furry friend. Would you do it?

11I do pet portraits and other art. I am most busy doing dog paintings, cat paintings and horses during the holidays. There is no better gift to give or recieve than a piece of art that is very meaningful. If you are interested in seeing my work, check out my site at www.suzannebarrettjustisfineart.com
